KITTEN/CAT DEPOSIT AGREEMENT
Please initial by each
statement, fill out the bottom of the form completely and mail back with
deposit.
In submitting my deposit
and this form to SanteePride Cattery,
I agree to the following terms and conditions:

understand that my deposit is non-refundable.
This policy is in place to ensure that the buyer is committed to their
kitten

understand that if a kitten does not become available to me within 18 months,
my deposit will be refunded ONLY if I have not refused any other available
kittens within that time frame. After
the 18 months, I may choose to continue waiting on an available kitten.

understand that if I am picking up my kitten in person, I will pay the balance
due with cash; otherwise I will pay with a check 10 days prior to picking up
the kitten.

understand that if I am having the kitten shipped, the kitten must be paid for
in full according to the terms in the previous statement.

understand that prior to receiving the kitten, this deposit form along with a
completed and signed SanteePride kitten
contract must be returned to SanteePride before
pickup or shipping.

understand that if the kitten will be shipped to me, I will have to pay an
additional estimated $300.00 which will cover the following:
Airfare/Health certificate/veterinary exam/Rabies vaccine (if of age)
/Shipping crate

understand that the kitten will be available to me at the discretion of the
breeder. A similar kitten may be
substituted if the original kitten becomes unavailable.

understand that this kitten is being sold with/without breeder rights (circle

understand that if I choose to purchase a show/breeder
quality kitten that I will have to pay a higher price for the kitten.
